Hello and welcome. I am a Business Analyst with over 15 years experience in IT and I certainly believe in simplifying the complicated if I can. In an IT context, I’ve worked in superannuation, insurance, retail, traffic management, road infrastructure management, utilities, GIS, environment, and education. I am passionate about my work and place job satisfaction very high in my list of priorities. I also have high standards for the work that I do.
As a Business Analyst, I am a generalist with a background in technical writing, training, web design, and instructional design. I completed the Volere “Mastering the Requirements Process” training by Suzanne and James Robertson, the ITIL Foundations course, and have exposure to PRINCE2 and Agile project management. I completed a Master in Technology (Business Systems) through Swinburne University in 2014.
